The Questacon Science Museum is ideally located in the Canberra suburb of Parkes on the southern banks of Lake Burley Griffin.. Questacon is the National Science and Technology Centre and provides a large variety of hands on science with interactive exhibits that will not only keep kids entertained but will also amaze adults. When you visit the Questacon Science Centre you can learn about puzzles and other delicious mathematics, test your reflexes, skills and perceptions at the Excite exhibit, experience the awesome power of volcanoes, cyclones, tsunamis and earthquakes, discover your own answers to question at Q Lab and learn all about other aspects of science at the Wonderworks exhibit. Questacon is a great place to take you kids when visiting Canberra because it teaches them about experimentation, exploration and creativity in a fun and engaging manner.
