How To Get There : The best an easiest way to get to Surfers Paradise is to fly into the Gold Coast Airport, which is located in Coolangatta just 22 kilometres south of Surfers Paradise. From the airport you can either catch a shuttle bus from one of the many private companies operating from the airport, or catch the local public bus on route 702, which runs to Surfers Paradise every half hour between the first and last flights of the day. Alternatively you get a car from the many hire car companies at the airport and then drive north along the Gold Coast Highway to Surfers Paradise.
